Juvenile termination. Affirms the termination of D.J.B. and M.M.B.’s parental rights to their children, D.B., L.B., H.B., and S.B. Finds there is sufficient evidence to support the termination of parental rights order from Starke Circuit Court.

Criminal. Reverses the Pike Circuit Court’s dismissal of Mark Petry’s motion to correct erroneous sentence. Remands the case with instructions for the trial court to sentence Petry to 45 years for his conviction of Class B felony criminal deviate conduct. Declines to agree that the remedy should be to vacate Petry’s habitual-offender enhancement.
