Marion Superior Senior Judge Carol Orbison has been recertified as a senior judge, according to a recertification notification from the Indiana Supreme Court.

According to the Supreme Court, “… the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission has concluded that Judge Carol Orbison meets the criteria for appointment as a Senior Judge under (Indiana Code § 33-27-4-1).” Her appointment is effective April 6 through Dec. 31.

Orbison retired from the Marion Superior Court on Dec. 31, 2012.
