The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana is seeking public comment on several proposed changes to local rules, and the addition of a new local rule. The proposed changes are available online at the court's website.

Comments and suggestions must be submitted by April 20 online or in writing to Christopher M. DeToro, Clerk of the Court, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Indiana, 401 S. Michigan St., South Bend, IN 46601-2365; or by email to [email protected].

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to 16 local rules. The proposed amendments are available online at the court’s website.
