The Scott Circuit judge will return to the bench after his monthlong stretch of temporarily being unable to perform his duties.

Per request on Dec. 13, the Indiana Supreme Court appointed Senior Judge Alison T. Frazier as Judge Pro Tempore in Judge Jason M. Mount’s place while he was temporarily unable to perform his duties to the court.

The high court announced in a Wednesday order that Mount will be able to resume the duties of his office effective Monday. Frazier’s appointment as Judge Pro Tempore will end effective Jan. 20.
