Affirms Boone Circuit Court Judge Lori Schein’s finding Vanessa Manuel guilty of Level 6 felony resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, and Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana and sentencing Manuel to an aggregate 365-day sentence with credit for time served and the remainder suspended to probation. Finds that the evidence is sufficient to prove that Manuel forcibly resisted, obstructed, or interfered with Deputy Jeffery Dixon as he attempted to assist Manuel to move her disabled vehicle from the roadway, where it had been blocking traffic.
