Affirms the district court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of Lake County probation officer Miroslav Radiceski’s supervisors, Judge Clarence Murray and Jan Parsons. Finds Parsons and Murray could have done more to prevent Radiceski’s abuse of authority, but their behavior did not rise to a level of deliberate indifference and they were entitled to qualified immunity. Also finds they did not violate Lorena Bostic’s constitutional rights. Attorneys for appellant: David Gladish, Mark Schocke.
