ND Law School moves to new building

When students at the University of Notre Dame Law School come back for classes Jan. 12, they will do so in the new Eck Hall of Law. The three-story, 85,000 square-foot building is named after school graduate, benefactor, and advisor Frank E. Eck, who died in December 2007.

Eck Hall will have a new moot courtroom, classrooms, and faculty offices. The old law school building, which will be renamed Biolchini Hall, will begin renovations to expand the Kresge Law Library, create new space for the Notre Dame Law Review, two new classrooms, and added workspace for admissions and career services.
