The following 7th Circuit Court of Appeals opinion was posted after IL deadline Tuesday:
United States of America v. Christian J. Miller, Frank Jordan, and Joshua N. Bowser

U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division, Judge Tanya Walton Pratt.
Criminal. Affirms judgments against defendants for various criminal charges, including wire fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy to distribute cocaine. Bowser’s case is remanded for further consideration of the term of his supervised release authorizing suspicionless searches.

Wednesday’s opinions
Indiana Tax Court

Johnson Co. Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals and the Johnson Co. Assessor v. KC Propco LLC d/b/a Kindercare Learning Center
Tax. Affirms determination by Indiana Board of Tax Review granting KC Propco’s educational purposes exemption application for the 2009 tax year. Court declines to reweigh evidence presented to the board during its administrative hearing.
