The Marion Circuit and Superior Courts have postponed implementation of TheRecordXchange, an Internet-based transcript ordering and production management platform.

The platform would allow attorneys and government bodies to order transcripts through a cloud-based Web portal. The portal is up, but it does not work right now. Marion Superior Court Administrator Emily VanOsdol said the site was published prematurely due to an error and the court was still working through some kinks in the process before fully launching the site.

“We have some internal processes we’re still trying to work out,” she said.

VanOsdol said she wasn’t sure when the service would fully launch.

“I’d like to say May, but I’m just not sure right now,” she said.
