Jayme Michelle Dollens v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms reinstatement of Jayme Dollens’ sentence for three counts of Class B felony dealing in a narcotic and one count of Level 5 felony dealing in a narcotic after the court found Dollens’ request for new counsel was too late and she was not harmed when the drug court suspended her termination so she could deal with new criminal charges against her.
Daniel Massengale v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Daniel Massengale’s conviction of Level 4 felony burglary, Level 6 felony theft, and Class A misdemeanor theft as well as his adjudication as an habitual offender.
Trayshaun J. Pernell v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Trayshaun Pernell’s conviction of attempted murder while using a firearm but remands to trial court to vacate his sentencing enhancement.
