Two central Indiana counties are seeking public comment on proposed local rule changes. Hamilton County is seeking comment on changes to LR29-TR-79-209, coordinated Local Rule of the counties of Hamilton, enacted in compliance with T.R. 79 (H); and LR29-TR79-211, appointment of special judges in Circuit and Superior Court No. 2. Comments are being accepted through Feb. 1 and should be sent to [email protected] or Administrator of the Courts, Hamilton County Courts, One Hamilton County Square, Suite 313, Noblesville, IN 46060-2232. Hamilton County will adopt, modify, or reject the proposed changes by Feb. 28.

Marion County is accepting comment on LR49-TR-85-231, mandatory settlement conferences in mortgage foreclosure cases. Comments to this proposed rule change will be taken through Feb. 20 with an effective date of Feb. 23.
