“I am honored to be chosen to lead such a great group of attorneys and staff and I look forward to working closely with them to grow Quarles & Brady in the Indianapolis community,” Tragesser, a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice, said in a press release. Dollens is a partner in Quarles’ commercial litigation practice.

A major firm with roots in Wisconsin and more than 400 attorneys in offices primarily in the Midwest, Quarles & Brady opened its Indianapolis office in 2014 and is the 21st largest firm in the city, according to data from the Indianapolis Business Journal. The local office employed 24 attorneys and 39 full-time employees as of May 2020.

Tragesser is a graduate of Wabash College and Vanderbilt University Law School.
