Civil plenary. Affirms the Orange Circuit Court’s judgment denying Crowder Farms, LLC’s claim of a prescriptive easement over Jeff Flick’s property. Finds Crowder Farms failed to prove its intent to assert an exclusive right to use the road, and therefore, it did not establish all the required elements of a prescriptive easement claim.
