The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana is seeking public comment concerning a proposed change to the court’s local rules.

The change involves Rule B-9013-1, Motions Initiating Contested Matters and Other Requests for Relief, amending the rule for clarification and to add a commentary.

The proposed change is available online at the court's website.

Comments and suggestions may be submitted before April 25, 2012, to:
