The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals Wednesday corrected an opinion that twice errantly referred to the Hoosier institution of higher learning as “the University of Indiana.”
The panel corrected its opinion in Otis B. Grant v. The Trustees of Indiana University, 16-1958.
The opinion issued Aug. 31 affirmed summary judgment for IU on fired IU South Bend professor Otis Grant’s claims of racial discrimination, retaliation, due process violations and breach of contract.
