He succeeds Jeff Claflin, who concluded his service as managing partnere at the end of 2023. Claflin will continue to focus on his work for clients in the areas of insurance coverage and environmental law.

Emenhiser represents businesses and individuals in a variety of complex litigation matters including commercial, insurance coverage and environmental litigation. He is a seasoned litigator, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in a wide range of complex legal matters, according to the firm.

In addition to litigation, his practice also includes appellate work at both the state and federal levels.

Emenhiser is an active member in several business and community organizations, including the Indianapolis Bar Association and American Bar Association, as well as Young Professionals of Central Indiana.

“I look forward to serving as managing partner and carrying forward the great work of my predecessors, and the firm’s continued success.  PSRB will continue to foster its culture of camaraderie and collaboration while providing first-class legal work for our clients and keeping their goals and needs top of mind,” Emenhiser said in a released statement.

Emenhiser earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2000 and was admitted to the Indiana bar that year.

The following PSRB partners have been elected to serve on the firm’s management committee for 2024:  George Plews, Chris Braun, Ali Sylvia, Amy Romig, Dan Cory and Ryan Leagre.
