Marion County courts will remain closed Friday because of the winter storm that continues to pummel Indiana.
The courts have issued another order closing the Marion County Superior and Circuit courts as well as the small claims courts and clerk’s office on Feb. 4. A previous order closed the courts Thursday because of the snow and ice.
Citing the “continued extreme and hazardous weather conditions,” the order states the courts would stay closed “in order to ensure safety.’’
