Finds the Bartholomew Circuit Court did not abuse its discretion when it ordered James to serve all remaining suspended time after he violated the terms of his probation. Abortion doc at center of Ohio case files tort claim notice against Rokita, says defamation suit could follow

The Hoosier doctor who performed an abortion for a 10-year-old Ohio girl has filed a tort claim notice against Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, alleging “ongoing” harm from the “false and misleading” statements he recently made about her on Fox News.
